Kaibell's educational products are based on the team's many years research and development in the educational and instructional fields, incorporating the most advanced instructional philosophy and methodology in the United States and the proven modern educational theory in the world. Our products specifically focus on unlocking the innate and unique potential in each child through individualized learning approaches. In fact, Kaibell's competitive advantages in developing educational products are rooted from our senior educational resource development experts who either worked for or graduated from Stanford University, Carnegie-Mellon University, Purdue University, Maryland University, and the University of South California. Many of our product developers previously involved in developing textbooks for well-known educational publishers.

INTRODUCTION TO KAIBELL'S CHILDHOOD USA PROJECT

ESL English learners are always facing many challenges, for example, they don't have a real English-speaking environment; they don't know how to apply what they have learnt from classroom to real English conversations; and they don't understand western culture. The researchers in Kaibell have been trying to find an effective solution for the ESL English learners to overcome those challenges. Having made thorough investigation, Kaibell has decided to produce a 120-episode TV series in the United States to create a real English speaking environment on TV. The TV series integrate all of the following elements into a single edutainment product:

•  Real conversational scenes
•  Practical English expressions
•  Variety of English language elements
•  Reflecting American culture and traditions
•  Reflecting American family and school education philosophy

Led by celebrity Kathy Garver, the TV series is performed by professional actors/actresses in the United States.

By immersing the ESL English learners into a real English-speaking environment and combining the English language studies and culture exposure, the TV series is expected to help establish the English learners' English thinking habit and move the English language studies from classroom to real language world. The social value for the TV series is that it reflects how typical American people educate their kids.

Kaibell possesses the world-class English and subject teachers in the United States. Kaibell's teachers are selected from those who hold K-12 teaching credentials in the United States. Prior to joining Kaibell, they had been taught K-12 schools in the United States for many years according to the instructional standards set by each state government.
